Articles and Technical Writing | Waymo
The majority of the work I've done while contracting with Google's self-driving car brand, Waymo, has been for internal audiences. I have created hundreds of articles for internal knowledge bases (IKBs) and internal manuals and standards guides. This help section of the Waymo website uses the same architecture and style as back end IKBs. This website is a good example of the types of content I have been creating for Waymo.
Reviews and Website Design | Theater by the Bay
Created the Theater by the Bay website and built reputation as an independent theater critic. I write reviews for playhouses large and small throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. I was recruited by the San Jose Mercury News as a correspondent.
Destinations Section | VisitorsCoverage
I spearheaded a new section for travel insurance aggregator company, VisitorsCoverage, to get customers excited about traveling. The section launched with 31 pages. I wrote the majority of the pages, conceived of the design and section organization. I also helped with coding and production of all pages associated with the destinations section.
Pages that I wrote include: the main hub page, North America, Canada, the United States, Mexico, Cuba, South America, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Africa, Morocco, South Africa, Madagascar, Oceania, New Zealand, Fiji, French Polynesia, Europe, The United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Israel and China.

While the style and branding of the website has changed since I worked at Visitors coverage, much of the text is still what I wrote.
Coronavirus Coverage | VisitorsCoverage
I wrote and produced a section on the coronavirus pandemic. I update this page nearly every day with the newest information on COVID-19 and how travel insurance can help people who travel while the virus affects life around the world. The page has had two major redesigns where I produced new content and led a team of designers and computer engineers to best meet the changing needs of our customers.
